Mrs. Sherrill Floyd Barnes, age 75, of Brantley, Alabama passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026 at her home.

Sherrill is survived by her daughter, Tina Tanner & husband, Eddie; son, Shannon Graham; sister, Julie Merle Coundry; brother, Grady Earl Floyd; 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Barnes; and parents, Lillie Mae Armstead Floyd and Kernis Ray Floyd.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sherrill Floyd Barnes will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 16, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Weed Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Jeremy Sasser will be officiating.
