Mr. Willie Ed Peters, age 86, of Opp, Alabama passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 in the Georgiana Health & Rehab.

Mr. Peters is survived by his son, William Peters & wife, Sherry; daughters, Debra Moody & husband, Paul, Fayla Parker, Vicki Farris & husband, Terry, and Annette Cain; brother, Walt Peters & wife, Alice; sisters, Susan Bell and Shirley Keefer & husband, Lee; 14 grandchildren & 19 great-grandchildren; and special friend, Patricia Knowles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Peters; and parents, Elizabeth Grace Rogers Peters & Lucious J. Peters.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday, September 7, 2020 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Bro. Shawn Bentley will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to American Legion Post 80, 1852 E. Three Notch St., Andalusia, AL 36420.
