Mr. William Hinton Dorsey, age 90, of Opp, Alabama died Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Dorsey is survived by his daughter, Lee Ann Dorsey; step-children, Sally Reynolds (Wayne) and Steve Snell (Diana); sister-in-law, Barbara Ward Matthews (Keith); sister-in-law, Mary Knowles Boyett; numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren & step great-grandchildren; and long-term caregiver, Debbie Davis. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pattie Knowles Dorsey; second wife, Barbara Snell Dorsey; parents, Knoxie Faye & Perry Lee Dorsey; and step-son, Mike Snell.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, July 6, 2020 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Reverend Thomas Heard, SCP will be officiating with Wyatt Funeral Home directing. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandy Ward, Sheldon Pridgen, Stanley Pridgen, Paul DuBose, Mike Rogers and Hagen Hall. Honorary pallbearers will be Liam Rogers and Harrison DuBose.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. John's Episcopal Church in Mobile, Alabama (1707 Government St., Mobile, Al 36604).
