Mrs. Wendy Griggs Thompson, age 49, of the Babbie Community passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Wendy is survived by her husband, Keith Thompson; daughter, Peyton Thompson; parents, Becky & Larry Griggs; sister, Amy Griggs Nichols & husband, Robert; brother, Jason Griggs & wife, Gina; nieces & nephews, Zach, Emma, Preston and Jaxson; grandmother, Jeannie Griggs; and mother-in-law, Pat Thompson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jean & Donald Tisdale, and Phil Griggs.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wendy Griggs Thompson will be held at 2 pm Friday, August 20, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Babbie Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Blake Turman will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy O'Brien, Eli O'Brien, Devin Phillips, Triston Sutton, Zach Peters and Caleb Varner with Bray Adcock serving as honorary pallbearer.
