Mr. Howard Wayne Hollinghead, age 78, of Opp, Alabama passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 in Andalusia Hospital.

Mr. Hollinghead is survived by his wife, Estoria Toby Hollinghead; son, Karmen Hollinghead & wife, Tracie; daughters, Kimberly Tharp & husband, Bobby, Karen Faith Grimes, and Raven Hurst & husband, Phillip; sister, Sharon Clark; and 15 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thelma Louise Bass Hollinghead and James Aubrey Hollinghead.

Funeral services for Mr. Howard Wayne Hollinghead will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, December 8, 2023 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Tiny Hornsby and Phillip Hurst will be officiating with Zane Hollinghead, Trey Hollinghead, Cam Hollinghead, Ethan Hurst, Samuel Hurst and Noah Hurst serving as pallbearers. Eli Hurst and Isaiah Hurst will serve as honorary pallbearers.
