Mr. James Waymer Smith, age 83, of Opp, Alabama died Wednesday, June 22, 2022 in the Opp Health & Rehab.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Barbara Scott Smith; son, Michael Smith; and sisters, Mary Robbins and Evelyn Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Evie Lee Kilcrease Smith and Jackson Smith.

Funeral services for Mr. James Waymer Smith will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, June 24, 2022 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with military graveside honors following in Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Danny Bradshaw and Jason Farris will be officiating.
