Mr. Wallace K. Weeks, age 88, of Kinston, Alabama passed away at his home Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

Mr. Weeks is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary Lou Weeks; sons & daughters-in-law, Danny Wallace Weeks & Lynn, Terry Warren Weeks & Sue Ellen and Brian Keith Weeks & Vickey; niece, Debra Weeks; brother, Clovis Weeks & wife, Jean; grandchildren, Victoria Weeks, Terra Weeks Goodbody & husband, Brian, J. D. Cook and Christina Anderson & husband, Tom; great-grandchildren, Braeden Goodbody, Caleb Goodbody, Lilly Anderson, Ben Anderson and Jack Anderson; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Minnie Irene Whigham Weeks and Warren Wallace Weeks; and brothers, Dewey, Bud and Gerald Weeks; and sisters, Missy Reynolds, Eunice Martin, Jessie Hall, Annie Merle Weeks, Irene Nolen, Doris Simmons and baby girl Weeks.

Graveside services for Mr. Wallace Weeks will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Jeff Hughes will be officiating with Wyatt Funeral Home directing. Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Weeks, Donnie Weeks, Clark Johnson, Harrell Reynolds, Jeff Weeks and Jay Culbertson. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to DaySpring Hospice of Enterprise, Alabama or Encompass Health of Enterprise, Alabama. The family request that all in attendance wear a mask and practice the social distance regulations set forth by the Governor of Alabama and Alabama Public Health.

Mr. Weeks himself, along with his family, had a deep appreciation for the friendship and care he received from Dr. Bob, Dr. Long and the nurses of DaySpring Hospice and Encompass Health The family would like to thank you all for the excellent care and express how much you all have meant to them over these past months.
