Mr. Thomas "Tom" Michael Crowell, age 43, of Andalusia passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Tom is survived by his mother, Tracey Bonita Dauphin; father, James Ray Crowell; grandmother, Foye Dauphin; and uncle & aunt, Michael Dauphin & Lisa Miller. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Dauphin.

A memorial service for Mr. Thomas "Tom" Michael Dauphin will be held at 2 pm Friday, May 21, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Don Herring will be officiating.
