Mr. Thomas Elzar Baker, age 92, of the Babbie Community passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at his home.

Mr. Baker is survived by his daughters, Linda Baker Wiggins & husband, Scotty, and Leigh Baker Bond & husband, Bruce; sister-in-law, Mary Baker; grandchildren, Cory Wiggins & wife, Jennifer, and Misty Bond; and great-grandchildren, Zoe Bond, Addison J. Bond, Elizabeth Porter, Savanna Porter, Grant Porter, Macie Rea Creech and Mason Creech. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Ella Baker; grandson, Jeffery Wiggins; brothers, Eddie Gene Baker and Delmer Ray Baker; and parents, Lucille Reeves Baker and Johnny Wade Baker.

Graveside services for Mr. Thomas Elzar Baker will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in Babbie Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Greg Lay will be speaking. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Hospital in Birmingham www.childrensal.org

The family will be receiving friends at the Baker home on Babbie Road.
