Mr. Ted Knight, age 82, of Opp, Alabama passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025 at his home.

Ted is survived by his nephews; Andy Knight, Scott Knight, Robert Martin and Jeff Rushing; nieces, Beverly Griffin, Vicki Martin, Pam Perkins and Susan Weatherford; and his daughter by heart, Sonya Smith; along with a host of cousins and great-nieces & great-nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, Gypsy and Joe Knight; brother, Bobby Ray Knight; and sisters, Jeanie Martin and Connie Rushing.

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Ted Knight will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be hosting a lunch at Ted's home immediately following the memorial.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Westview Baptist Church in Opp.
