Mr. T. J. Boothe, age 100, of Opp, Alabama passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Boothe is survived by his two sons, Dr. Steve Boothe & wife, Elaine, and Rickey Boothe; five grandchildren, Donna Kilpatrick (Jon), Judd Boothe (Brandee), Mark Boothe, Tami Caldwell (Clay), and Bart Boothe (Shanna); 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Wilson and Eurethra Wasden Boothe; 14 siblings; wife of 58 years, Pauline Cowen Boothe; and second wife, Janice Benton Boothe.

Funeral services for Mr. T. J. Boothe will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with entombment following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Chris Weide and Trey Poole will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Weston Caldwell, Logan Boothe, Cason Boothe, Jacob Kilpatrick, Clay Caldwell, Mike Precise, Jon Kilpatrick and Jerry Boothe. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6 until 8 at Wyatt Funeral Home.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of Rickey Boothe, 501 Cool Springs Rd., Opp, AL 36467.
