Mrs. Sherlon Farris Dorman, age 80, of Opp, Alabama passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Dorman is survived by her sons, Bryan Dorman, and Garth Dorman & wife, Anna; grandchildren, Brent James & wife, Courtney, Brantlee Dorman and Annsley Smith; and great-grandson, Brooks James. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Paul Dorman; and parents, Fannie Belle (Ward) & Morgan Farris.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sherlon Farris Dorman will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, July 2, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Blue Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Shaun Moore will be officiating.
