Mrs. Sarah Ruth Cotter, age 87, of Opp, Alabama passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Cotter is survived by her husband of 71 years, James Wesley Cotter; daughter, Wanda Cotter Clark & husband, Woody; grandson, Todd Fleming & wife, Pam; great-granddaughter, Ragan Fleming Hughes & husband, Seth; great-great granddaughters, Riley and Jaidyn Hughes; and brother-in-law, Verlon Cotter. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruthie Arlene Dawkins.

A graveside service for Mrs. Sarah Ruth Cotter will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, November 19, 2021 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Elbert Smith will be officiating.
