Mr. Samuel Rogers, age 84, of the Cedar Grove Community passed away Monday, July 18, 2022 at his home.

Mr. Rogers is survived by his daughters, Mechelle Rogers Whitehead & husband, Billy, and Sheila Rogers Dye & husband, Scott; son, Mark Rogers & wife, Tracy; sister, Virginia Lowman; grandchildren, Kelley Phillips, Kaitlin Rogers, Devin Dye, Samantha Cowart and Chelsie Cook; and great-grandchildren, Kevin Crawford, Cayden Cowart, Parker Taylor, Reed Watley, Kase Phillips, Colt Phillips, Karter Phillips, Layla Dye and Lynnli Kate Mock. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Sasser Rogers; and parents, Beulah Peek Rogers and Adam Rogers.

Funeral services for Mr. Samuel Rogers will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Sasser Family Cemetery in the Cedar Grove Community. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Gary Miller will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Evan Watley, Matthew Sasser, Dennis Sellers, Clint Sasser, Brock Hawthorne and Daren Chesteen.
