Mr. Robert Earl Carter, age 87, of Opp, Alabama passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at his home.

Mr. Carter is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Williamson Carter; daughter-in-law, Kathy Carter; and granddaughter, Kasi Waege & husband, Buddy. He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Eugene Carter; daughter, Gloria Ann Carter; parents, Minnie Wright Carter and Johnnie Carter; and siblings, Roy Carter, James Carter, Eloise Kelley and Dessi Ree White.

A private service will be held at a later date.
