Mrs. Paulette Norris Russell, age 69, of Opp, Alabama passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Russell is survived by her husband, Mickey Russell; sons, Mike Russell & wife, Liz, and Nickey Russell; sisters, Linda Weeks & husband, Earl, Janice Kelley, and Donna Marcello; brother, Larry Norris; grandchildren, Garrett Russell & Katelyn, Malorie Russell, Jordan Harrison & Jayla, Makayla Elmore & Wayne, Lexi Comer & Jacob, Makenzie Russell & Dawson, Trey Cross, and Colton Russell; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeanette Jones Norris and Earnest Norris.

Funeral services for Mrs. Paulette Norris Russell will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, March 8, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Oakey Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Jerry Elmore will be officiating with Chad Elmore, Tyler Elmore, Wayne Elmore, Dawson Tidwell, David Wallace and Jordan Harrison serving as pallbearers.
