Mrs. Myrtle Robbins Richburg, age 94, of Opp, Alabama passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at her home.

Mrs. Myrtle Robbins Richburg is survived by her daughter, Suzie Richburg Smith; sons, Danny Richburg & wife, Stephanie, and Jacky Richburg; son-in-law, Tim Cosby; grandchildren & their spouses, Ty Cosby & Shirley, Tab Cosby & Kara, Amy Richburg Schultz & Ronnie, Natchez Richburg & Thaï Sebastia, and Derek Richburg & Erin; and great-grandchildren, Taylor Cosby, Erin Cosby Harrell & husband, Will, Daniel Cosby, Shelby Schultz, Ben Schultz, Zach Cosby, Hunter Cosby, Rory Richburg and Emmy Richburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Richburg; daughter, Cecilia Richburg Cosby; parents, Amy Adams Robbins & B.M. "Bura" Robbins; and brother & sister-in-law, Donald Robbins & Gerri.

Mrs. Richburg loved spending time with her family and always looked forward to their summer vacations at the beach. She was a friend to many and had a deep love for her Southside Baptist Church family, of which she was a founding member.

Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Robbins Richburg will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 2, 2022 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5:30 until 8 at Wyatt Funeral Home. Tommy Green will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Natchez Richburg, Ty Cosby, Daniel Cosby, Tab Cosby, Zach Cosby and Hunter Cosby.
