Mr. Michael Lunsford, age 62, of Kinston, Alabama died Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Michael is survived by his wife of forty-four years, Cynthia Stephens Lunsford; daughter & son-in-law, Connie Lunsford Hawthorne & Brian; sons & daughters-in-law, Shane Lunsford & Suzanne, Jammie Lunsford & Whitney, and Chad Lunsford & Jennifer; grandchildren, Regan Hawthorne, Reid Hawthorne, Rylen Hawthorne, Bailey Maddox, Peyten Lunsford, Gradyn Lunsford, Brooks Lunsford, Dawson Lunsford and Brileigh Lunsford; sisters & brothers-in-law, Barbara Perez & Frank and Phyllis Norris & Kenny; brothers & sisters-in-law, Everett Lunsford & Alice and James Lunsford & Peggy; brother, Donnie Lunsford; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clara Powell Lunsford & Obie Lunsford; sister, Linda Stokes; and sister-in-law, Jo Ellen Lunsford.

Funeral services for Mr. Michael Lunsford will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, July 7, 2022 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Alberton Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wyatt Funeral Home one hour prior to the service. Bro. James Hataway will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Hughes, Dwight Coon, Dustin Lunsford, Peyten Lunsford, Chris Kyser and Drew Hartzog.
