Mrs. Georgia Merle Edgar Kelley, age 89, of Opp, Alabama passed away Friday, January 23, 2026 at her home.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by her daughters, Susan Kelley Davis & husband, Dwan, and Vickie Kelley Blue; grandchildren, Garrett Davis & wife, Amy, Kelley Phillips, Lindsey Holley & husband, Lee, Andrew Nevels, Hannah Jones & husband, Josh, and Dustin Lindsey; and 10 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hurley M. Kelley; daughter, Lisa Kelley Farris; grandson, Brandon Nevels; great-grandchildren, Collier & Isaac Davis, and Sara Grace Bailey; and parents, Eunie Lee Wallace Edgar and George Thomas Edgar.

Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Merle Edgar Kelley will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 25, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Garry Winstead will be officiating with Kyle Hensley, Jeremy Norris, Griffin Davis, Alex Davis, Branson Nevels and Lee Holley serving as pallbearers.
