Mrs. Tomberlin, 83, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Ochsner Rush Health Center.

She is survived by her sons, Bart Tomberlin and Trent Tomberlin (Rhonda); three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Doris Yancey Jones; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Tomberlin Sr.; daughter, Gina Dane Tomberlin; granddaughter, Brittney Ann Tomberlin; parents, Henry Richard and Ila Wilkes Yancey; and brother, Robert Earl Yancey.

A graveside service for Mary Yancey Tomberlin will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, 11: 00 a.m., at Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens (Opp, AL) with Bro. James Preachers officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
