Mrs. Mary Jo Sherwood, age 70, of Kinston passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Sherwood is survived by her daughter Lacey Sherwood, her mother Helen Moore, and her grandchildren, Connor Sherwood and Audra Madilynn Mae Hudson. She was preceded in death by her father Homer Moore.

Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Jo Sherwood will be held at 2 pm Monday, August 9, 2021 at Lowery Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
