Ms. Mary Nell Norris Rush, age 77, of Opp, Alabama passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at her home.

Ms. Rush is survived by her sons, Dewayne Bowdoin & wife, Amanda, and David Bowdoin; sister, Euna V. DuBose; grandchildren, Brittany Duley & Jeremy, Lindsey Altadonna & Marco, Josh Bowdoin and Alex Bowdoin & Tera; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Charlotte Green; brothers, J. T. Norris and Laburn Norris; and parents, MaeBell Lundy Norris and Aught B. Norris.

Funeral services for Ms. Mary Nell Norris Rush will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Valley Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Doyle Prescott will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Todd Norris, Kurt Norris, John Green, Jody Thompson, Ricky Norris and Micky Norris.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of son, Dewayne Bowdoin, 901 Palmer St., Opp, Alabama 36467.
