Mrs. Mary Charles Dawkins Adams, age 92, of Opp, Alabama passed away Monday, May 12, 2025 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.  She lived a full life and took special joy in her faith, family, and friends.  She was very active throughout her life and enjoyed shopping, golfing, gardening, tennis, fishing and horseback riding.  She was a tireless worker and very generous.  She took pride in herself and was known for being a smart dresser.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Linda Adams Pickron & Michael, and Helen Adams Morales & Tim; grandchildren, Andrew Morales & wife, Victoria, Adam Pickron & wife, Ingrid, and Miles Pickron & wife, Teresa; and great-grandchildren, Paul Pickron, and Myla, Maridoll "Sassy" and Larryn Pickron. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Adams; and parents, Buna Short Dawkins and Charles Dawkins.

A graveside service for Mrs. Mary Charles Dawkins Adams will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, May 15, 2025 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Rev. Wayne Sharpe will be officiating with Andrew Morales, Adam Pickron, Miles Pickron and Nicky Short serving as pallbearers.
