Mr. Larry Thomas, age 96, of Opp, Alabama passed away at his home Monday, September 28, 2020.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife, Evelyn Thomas; daughter, Diann McCurley; sons & daughters-in-law, A.L. "Buddy" Thomas & Grace, and Ricky Thomas & Lynda; 9 grandchildren & numerous great & great-great grandchildren; step-daughters, Tracie Payton & Denny, Faith Corkoren & Patrick and Linda Mauger; step-sons, Steven Sherrer & Cheri, Ronald Watson & Brenda and Gregory Watson & Leslie; and numerous step-grandchildren, great & great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Thomas; and parents, Dixie Brooks Thomas & William Jessie Thomas.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am Friday, October 2, 2020 from Westview Baptist Church. Gary Miller and Larry Jackson will be officiating. The eulogy will be given by granddaughter, Dixie McCurley. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Westview Baptist Church (POB 305, Opp, Alabama 36467).
