Mr. Lamar "Buddy" Edgar, age 81, of Opp, Alabama died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the Opp Health & Rehab.

Mr. Edgar is survived by his wife, Lucy Moore Edgar; daughter & son-in-law, Sheila Roberts & Stanley; sister, Merle Kelley; one grandchild, Alyse Roberts; sister-in-law, Christine Edgar. He was preceded in death by his son, Lendon Lamar Edgar; parents, Eunie Lee Wallace Edgar & George Thomas Edgar; and brother, Snookie Edgar.

Funeral services for Mr. Lamar "Buddy" Edgar will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, March 13, 2020 at Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Garrett Davis will be officiating.

Family will be receiving friends at his residence, 19621 County Road 40, Opp, Alabama.
