Mrs. Julia Pridgen Bass, age 96, of Opp, Alabama passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Bass is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Charles Bass & Brenda; son, Harold Bass; brother, John Quincy Pridgen; sister, Lizzie Mae Powell; grandchildren, Tim Bass, Ronnie Bass & wife, Stephanie, and Mark Bass & wife, Amber; and great-grandchildren, Chelsee Bass, Courtney Bass Coon and Sydnie Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Bass; and parents, Mary Avant Pridgen and Jonah Pridgen.

Graveside services for Mrs. Julia Pridgen Bass will be held at 10 am Friday, July 17, 2020 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Bro. Donald Hall will be officiating with Wyatt Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held at Wyatt Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
