Ms. Joni Mathews Davidson, age 67, of Kinston, Alabama passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026 in the Ft. Walton-Destin Hospital.

Ms. Davidson is survived by her sons, Jeremy Nelson & wife, Amber, Mark Perry and Joseph Perry; daughter, Carrie Swedberg; mother, Rebecca Phillips Mathews; brother, Jack Mathews, Jr.; sister, Melissa Rhodes & husband, Mike; grandchildren, Nora, Dawson, Jack, Gracie, Taylor, Kaylee and Joeli; and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Mathews, Sr.

Funeral services for Ms. Joni Mathews Davidson will be held at 10:00 am Friday, January 23, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Ino Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Garry Winstead will be officiating.
