Mr. John Dalrymple, age 73, of Opp, Alabama passed away Friday, August 14, 2026 in Flowers Hospital.

Mr. Dalrymple is survived by his wife, Alice McDaniel Dalrymple; sons, Michael Dalrymple, Andrew Flowers and Randy Anderson; sister, Sarah Dalrymple; brothers, Thomas Dalrymple and Leon McGhee; grandchildren, Tashawna Hollinghead & Troy, Naomi Flowers and Levi Flowers; great-grandchildren, Annslee & Tucker Hollinghead; and several nieces, nephews and other close family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlie McGhee & John Carl Dalrymple; and 1 sister & 3 brothers.

Funeral services for Mr. John Dalrymple will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 16, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sweet Home Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Garry Winstead and Bro. Doyle Prescott will be officiating with Eddie Anderson, Todd Norris, Timothy Stacks, Johnny Shell, Donovan Brooks and Shawn Brooks serving as pallbearers.
