Mr. Joe N. Patterson, age 80, of Kinston, Alabama passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Patterson is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sue Weeks Patterson; sons, Richard Patterson & Tasha, and Casey Patterson & Angela; daughter-in-law, Daphne Patterson Xuereb; sister, Pam Phillips & husband, Danny; and grandchildren, Richie Joe Patterson, Grant Patterson, Emilee Henley & Skyler, and T. C. Patterson; and great-grandchild, Piper Ann Henley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vergie Powell Patterson and T. C. Patterson; and brother, Gerald Patterson.

Funeral services for Mr. Joe N. Patterson will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, May 30, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Rhoades Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 930 until service time. Bro. Randall Pearson will be officiating.
