Mr. Jimmy M. Whigham, age 78, of Opp, Alabama passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025 at his home.

Mr. Whigham is survived by his wife, Patricia Norsworthy Whigham; sons & daughters-in-law, Tim Whigham & Loni, Matt Whigham & Candace, and Mark Whigham & Tammy; step-sons, Steve Hensley & Kelly, and Kevin Moore & Hannah; step-daughters, Sandra Calhoun & David, Michele Hensley, and Jessica Foley; brothers, Harry Whigham & Beth, Tim Whigham & Dondra, and Jesse "Jack" Whigham; and 19 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Allen Whigham; sister, Kathy Ann Batson; and parents, Dorothy Naomi Adams Whigham and Vivian Eugene Whigham.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September 8, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6 until 8 at Wyatt Funeral Home. Danny Branch and Larry Turman will be officiating with Ronnie Dunn, Bob Burgess, Jerry Boothe, Jared Whigham, Glennie Stanley and Randy Bradley serving as pallbearers.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of Patricia Whigham, 702 E. Park Ave., Opp, AL 36467.
