Henry Robert Finedore, IV, age 27, of Opp, Alabama, passed away on January 7, 2021. Henry was born October 22, 1993, and is the son of Henry Robert (Bobby) Finedore, III, of Opp, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Presley Caraway; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Presley; his paternal grandfather, Henry (Hank) Robert Finedore, Jr.; and by his beloved uncle, Paul Joseph Finedore.

In addition to his daddy, Henry is survived by the two greatest loves of his life, Ashlee Short and their 11-month-old son, Carson Paul Finedore. Henry was a loving daddy and took tremendous pride in his son. He is also survived by his grandmother, Faye Bryan Finedore, whom he loved and cherished. For all of his life, Henry considered her his "mother." Henry was only eight months old when his mother died in a car crash.

He is also survived by his "brother" (cousin), Joseph Trent Finedore (Landon Joseph Finedore); sisters, Michelle Leigh Smith (Justin Jones), Jessica Caraway Holden, Jennifer Caraway, Koethi Zan, and Ambre Scott; uncles Ray (Pam) Finedore, Jeff (Maritta) Green, Gary Presley; aunts Janice Finedore (Richard) Blocher, and Sherry Presley; cousins with whom he had a very close relationship, April Finedore, Will Blocher, David Blocher, Rich Blocher, Danny (Melinda) Stinner, and Cheryl Graves; nephews, Dalton and Wesley Jones. Many other family members as well as friends celebrate his life and mourn his passing.

Henry was talented musically and often sang with his daddy and Trent. He had a love for animals, especially dogs. Friends and family will miss his kind heart and loving nature.

Memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2021, 2pm at First Methodist Church in Opp. The family requests that memorials to Henry be made to an animal shelter or to a church of your choice. Flowers should be sent to Faye B. Finedore at 607 Griffin Street, Opp.
