Retired Probate Judge Harold B. Wise, age 96, of Kinston, Alabama passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 in Opp Health & Rehabilitation.

Judge Wise is survived by his wife of seventy-three years, Ruth Holley Wise; son & daughter-in-law, Larry Wise & Brenda; daughter & son-in-law, Marie Wise Styles & Thomas; grandchildren, Tracy Carnley McLain, Derek Wise & wife, Sadie, and David Wise; along with eight great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Gail Amezquita; brothers, Bobby Wayne Wise; sisters, Mary Jeanette Britt and Elizabeth Elaine Ballard; great-grandson, D. J. Wise; and parents, Bertha Byrd Wise and Arthur Thomas Wise.

A graveside service for Judge Harold B. Wise will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Bethel Cemetery. Larry Wise will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Styles, David Wise, Austin Wise, Dustin Barfoot, Donnie Murdock and Billy Graham.
