Mrs. Geraldine Rawls Woodham, age 87, of Kinston, Alabama passed away Monday, July 31, 2023 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

"MawMaw" was a devoted Christian, avid Bible reader and always wanted to be outside working in her greenhouse. She loved her family & friends and enjoyed spending time with them.

Mrs. Woodham is survived by her daughters, Leisa McGill and Rita Stanley; sons, Benny Nelson & wife, Bonnie, Mickey Nelson & wife, Brenda, and James Nelson & wife, Vanetta; and 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren & 12 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Rawls and Jack Williams; and parents, Jessie Alma Strickland Richardson & James Monroe "Skinny" Richardson.

Funeral services for Mrs. Geraldine Rawls Woodham will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 3, 2023 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Jonathon Presley will be officiating with Josh Stanley, Nick Stanley, J. D. Clemons, Lashon Nelson, Austin Nelson and Bruce Yates serving as pallbearers.
