Mrs. Ethel King Parr, age 89, of Opp, Alabama passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Parr is survived by her daughters, Joann Cantrell & husband, Tommy, and Pat Hall & husband, Greg; honorary daughters, Debi Richburg and Debra Ory; grandchildren, Carrie Parr & Stephen, Chase Hall & Nikki, and Ciji Boothe & Chad; great-grandchildren, Alora Rogers, Hollice Boothe, Parker Hall, Oaklie Hall and Harlie Hall; and numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James Parr; parents, Mardie Lee and Avery King; and numerous brothers & sisters.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel King Parr will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Derwood Cleland will be officiating with Chase Hall, Greg Hall, Chad Boothe, Matt Rogers and Derek Brand serving as pallbearers.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of Pat and Greg Hall, 1040 Florala Hwy, Opp, AL 36467.
