Mrs. Emma Lou Morrison Hoomes, age 87, of Opp, Alabama passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024 at her home.

Mrs. Hoomes is survived by her husband, James Cecil Hoomes; sons, Jayme Hoomes and Bobby Hoomes; granddaughter, Jaela Hoomes Robbins & husband, Scotty; great-grandchildren, Garret Robbins and Aida Robbins; brothers, Scott Morrison and John Morrison; and daughter-in-law, Ella Hoomes. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Hoomes; grandson, Walt Hoomes; parents, Reffie Garrett Morrison and Bryder Morrison; sisters, Samantha Huggins and Mozell Legg; and brother, Sherrill Morrison.

A graveside service for Mrs. Emma Lou Morrison Hoomes will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, February 16, 2024 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens.
