Mrs. Elaine Parker Kinsey, age 70, of Opp, Alabama passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 in Opp Health & Rehab.

Mrs. Kinsey is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Jelaine Ann & Johnathan Walker; grandsons, Jasper and Jayden Walker; step-son, Marcus Adams; sister, Joan Starling; and nieces & nephews, Katrina Teel, Bonnie Edmondson, Jeff Starling and Terry Starling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Raymond Kinsey; step-son, Richard Kinsey; parents, Eula Davis Parker and Oswell Henry Parker; brother, George Mix Parker & his wife, Syble; and brother-in-law, Jerry Starling.

Funeral services for Mrs. Elaine Parker Kinsey will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 8, 2024 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
