Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth McCart Baxley, age 73, of Opp, Alabama passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Baxley is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law, Jason Baxley & Amanda and Brian Baxley & Mary Beth; sister, Linda Sims (Paul); brothers, Wayne McCart, Earl McCart & Johnny McCart (Judy); and grandchildren, Elizabeth Baxley, William Baxley, Abigail Baxley, Audrey Baxley and J. W. Baxley. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wayne Baxley; parents, Gladys Jordan McCart and James McCart; and sister, Jennifer McCart.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Baxley will be held at 11 am Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Blue Springs Cemetery. Jim Kelley will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
