Mrs. Doris Palmer Weeks, age 87, of the Lowery Community passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2024 in Wiregrass Health & Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Weeks is survived by her husband, Burl Weeks; daughter, Jennifer Weeks Piland & husband, Chris; grandchildren, Sabrina Piland Thornton & husband, Rodney, and Megan Piland Driggers & husband, Stephen; and great-grandchildren, Caroline Thornton, Isla Cate Thornton, Luke Driggers and Olivia Driggers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clara Mae Hudson Palmer and George Olen Palmer; sister, Louise Huggins; and infant brother, Tim Palmer.

Graveside services for Mrs. Doris Palmer Weeks will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, August 8, 2024 in Lowery Cemetery. Greg Fleming will be officiating with Chris Piland, Stephen Driggers, Rodney Thornton, Dwight Dillard, Jeff Hughes and Stan Gillis serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Kinston High School, 201 College St. E., Kinston, AL 36453.
