Mrs. Doris Ezell Wise, age 86, of the Babbie Community passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Southeast Health in Dothan.

Doris was a spinning instructor at the Opp Cotton Mill for many years. In her spare time, she loved to quilt and gifted many baby quilts to her church families.

Mrs. Wise is survived by her daughter, Deborah Wise Driver & husband, Gary; sons, Buddy Wise & wife, Melissa, and Larry Wise & wife, Melissa; sisters, Bobbie Martin & Webster, Judy Wise and Betty Anderson; brother, Jimmy Ezell & Hazel; sister-in-law, Barbara Ezell; brother-in-law, Roy Yates; granddaughters, Ana Sara Gillem & Jake, Isabella Kipp and Kara Wise; grandsons, Jeremy Driver & Emily, Joshua Driver & Nicki and Jesse Driver & Kaylyn; great-grandchildren, Mason Driver, Molly Driver, Evelyn Driver, Wesson Driver and Oliver Driver; and numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Harold Wise; parents, Savannah Georgia Harrison Ezell and Albert Ezell; sister, Louise Wise; and brothers, Roland Ezell, Roy Ezell and Donald Ezell.

Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Ezell Wise will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, January 25, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Ino Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 until 8 at Wyatt Funeral Home. Bro. Garry Winstead will be officiating with Jeremy Driver, Josh Driver, Jessie Driver, Jacob Davis, Joseph Sanders and Chris Martin serving as pallbearers.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of daughter, Deborah Wise Driver, 22878 Babbie Rd., Andalusia, AL 36421.
