Mrs. Donna Kay Hamm Crutchfield, age 63, of Opp, Alabama was called to her eternal home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Donna is survived by her husband, Bobby Crutchfield; sons, Nathan Cordle and Larry Crutchfield; and sisters, Wanda Weeks and Mavis Carter. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Hubert Lee Hamm.

She was a God-fearing woman who could sing a random hymn and quote the Bible from front to back. Her personal gospel was love, grace and kindness.

A Celebration of Life service for Donna Kay Hamm Crutchfield will be held from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm Sunday, March 15, 2026 at the Opp Senior Citizens Building. Memorials may be made to Colorectal Cancer Alliance or DaySpring Hospice.
