Rev. Emmett Donald Hall, age 88, of Opp, Alabama passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at his home.

Rev. Hall is survived by his wife of 67 years, Charlotte McVay Hall; son, Danny Wade Hall & wife, Jeanne; grandchildren, Joshua Hall & wife, Ashley, and Karlotta Hall Burgess & husband, Clint; great-grandchildren, Isabella Burgess, Nelson Hall, John Dawson Burgess, Farris Hall and William Foxworth; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillie Daughtry & Jim Hall; and nine sisters.

Funeral services for Rev. Emmett Donald Hall will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 23, 2024 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sweetwater Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wyatt Funeral Home Sunday evening from 6 until 8. Reverends Wayne Russell, Wayne Sharpe and Bobby Morgan will be officiating with Wayne Danford, Jerry Cauley, Chris Sessions, Jacob Davis, Andy Lott and Clint Burgess serving as pallbearers.
