Mrs. Debra Elaine Kinsey Jowers, age 65, of Opp, Alabama passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Jowers is survived by her husband, JW Jowers; son, Robert "Bobby" Phillips, Jr.; daughters, Heather Suzanne Jowers & Ashley, Tonya Douglas & William, Jacqueline "Jackie" Elizabeth Jowers, Donna Archie & Kevin, Teresa Williams & Randy and Terri Jowers; sister, Susan McPherson & Leonard; brothers, Henry C. Kinsey III and Gary Wayne Kinsey & Luda; sisters-in-law, Ann Young & Howard, and Betty McDavid; and 15 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dixie Marie Evans Kinsey and Henry C. Kinsey, Jr.; and brother, Kenneth Kinsey.

Funeral services for Mrs. Debra Elaine Kinsey Jowers will be held at 11:00 am Friday, March 14, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in First Free Will Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Arthur Hornsby will be officiating with Hunter Keith, Tyler Patrick, William Douglas, Randy Williams, Tucker Phillips and Chad Kinsey serving as pallbearers.
