Ms. Cecelia Anne Roe Snell, age 60, of Elba, Alabama passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.

Ms. Snell is survived by her daughter, Jessica Horath; brother, Ronnie Roe & wife, Kay; and grandchildren, Case Horath and Carley Horath. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean Pilkinton Roe and Herbert Roe; and brother, David Roe.

Funeral services for Ms. Cecelia Anne Roe Snell will be held at 11 am Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Frankie McVay will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Horath, Mason Bozeman, Keith Bozeman, Danny Baxley, Alan King and Scotty Messick.
