Mr. Bobby Joe Hudson, age 83, of Dozier, Alabama passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Hudson is survived by his wife, Margaret Sikes Hudson; daughter, Beth Sasser & husband, Michael; brothers, Jerry Hudson & wife, Paula, and David Dunn & wife, Nedra; sisters, Elaine Godwin & husband, Johnny, and Gloria Wiggins & husband, Donnie; sister-in-law, Elaine Hudson; grandchildren, Allen Sasser & wife, Kathryn Ruth, and Kelly Hamm & husband, Craig; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Elliot Hamm; and numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Lee Dunn Hudson and David Jackson Hudson; and brother, George Hudson.

Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Joe Hudson will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 30, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Veasey Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Craig Hamm will be officiating with Donnie Wiggins, Allen Sasser, Jimmy Beasley, Jody Smith, Joseph Manning and Justin Hughes serving as pallbearers.
