Mrs. Blenda E. Williams, age 71, of Opp, Alabama passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Larry B. Williams; sons, Todd Dickey and Chris Dickey; sisters, Genease Clegg and Cherlan Dinisio & husband, Rick; brothers, Charlie Stokes & wife, Avis, and Bobby Stokes; sisters-in-law, Margie Jordan and Barbara Tisdale & husband, Joe; along with numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Millbry Allen Stokes and Charlie Stokes.

Blenda never met a stranger and could instantly strike up a conversation with them. While living in Corpus Christi Texas, Blenda spent many hours baking cookies and making fruit baskets for underprivileged children at Christmas. She had a passion of Bingo, cake baking and picking blueberries. She will be greatly missed and always loved by those who knew her.

A graveside service for Mrs. Blenda E. Williams will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022 in Beulah Cemetery. Gary Miller will be officiating.
