Mr. Billy F. Kelley, age 80, of the Fairview Community passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 in a Dothan hospital.

Mr. Kelley is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Lynn Kelley Carnley & Travis; step-son, Rickey Anderson & wife, Genia; brother, Bennie Fred Kelley & wife, Joyce; sister, Brenda Jones; and grandchildren, Kelsey Smith & husband, Patrick, Corey Carnley & wife, Shelby, and Ashley Kelley & wife, Mikayla. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Kelley; and parents, Kumie Money Kelley and Marshall Kelley.

Funeral services for Mr. Billy F. Kelley will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, May 13, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Garry Winstead will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Corey Carnley, Ashley Kelley, Jimmy Carnley, Billy Chancey, Tim Wilson and Tyler Wilson.
