Mrs. Billie Yancey Bailey, age 90, of the Brooklyn Community passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 in the Opp Health & Rehab.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by her daughters, Martha Meeks, Shirley Gautney & husband, Billy, Jackie Labriola & husband, Charles, Charlotte Williamson & husband, James, Wanda Kay Morrow & husband, Darrell, Beverly Bruce & husband, Nix, and Jamie Jackson & husband, Allen; and 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bailey; grandchildren, Sonya Gautney Williams, Scott Jacobs and Eric Jacobs; son-in-law, Wyndell Meeks; and parents, Anna Kilcrease Yancey and Richard Yancey.

Funeral services for Mrs. Billie Yancey Bailey will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 24, 2022 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Brooklyn Cemetery. Visitation for friends will begin at 12:30 pm Sunday at Wyatt Funeral Home. Robert Davis and James Preachers will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Jacobs, Preston Jacobs, Andrew Jackson, Kyle Wyatt, Russ Reynolds and Jackson Freeman.
