Mrs. Betty Jean Lunsford Hartzog, age 74, of Opp, Alabama died Friday, May 8, 2020 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Hartzog is survived by her daughter, Vickie Hartzog; sisters, Carolyn Sutley and Ann Jordan; daughter-in-law, Lori Hartzog; grandson, Cory Hartzog; and great-grandchild, Reighlyn Stephens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth "Bush Hog" Hartzog; son, Ray Hartzog; and parents, Claudie Rodgers Lunsford & Claude Lunsford.

In consideration of community health and the State of Alabama public health orders that are in effect due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), a private graveside service will be held for immediate family members only. Bro. Donald Hall will be officiating with Wyatt Funeral Home directing.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sweetwater Baptist Church.
