Mrs. Betty Sue Pittman DuBose, age 88, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 in the Opp Health and Rehab.

Mrs. DuBose is survived by her daughter, Michelle DuBose Chesteen & husband, Marty; sons, Steve DuBose & wife, Janet, and Victor DuBose & wife, Joy; and seven grandchildren & eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buck DuBose; granddaughter, Amy DuBose; sister, Annie Jo Pittman Bess; and parents, Zadie McLeod Pittman and Tommie Joe Pittman.

Betty owned and operated the B & B Restaurant of many years and was affectionately known as "Miss Betty". After retiring from the restaurant she enjoyed spending time with her family but she missed her restaurant customers whom she also considered family.

A graveside service for Mrs. Betty Sue Pittman DuBose will be held at 11:00 am Monday, February 21, 2022 in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Josh Kyser will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
