Mrs. Barbara Odom Thompson, age 75, of Opp, Alabama passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, John W. Thompson; sons & daughters-in-law, Curt Thompson & Tracy, and Russell Thompson & Wendy; brother & sister-in-law, Larry Lavon Odom & Carlina; and 6 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dessie Ray Grice Odom and A. B "Beda" Odom.

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Odom Thompson will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Phillip Rayburn will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew Thompson, Jonathon Thompson, Alex Thompson, Josh Thompson, Tyler Thompson and Jody Thompson. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.

The family will be receiving friends at the Thompson home, 602 Griffin St., Opp, Alabama 36467.
